Job Description
As a senior expert in human capital management (HCM) processes, you will provide high-level support for SAP HR systems. This role involves resolving complex issues, implementing configuration changes, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HCM functional support for SAP HR, addressing critical incidents and resolving issues promptly.
* Implement configuration changes to enhance system functionality and user experience.
* Monitor HR workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance with organizational policies, and data accuracy.
* Support payroll applications, including running payroll processes, managing master data queries, and handling reporting queries.
* Create and manage wage types in the SAP HR system.
* Assist in workforce planning support tasks, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
* Train staff on the SAP HR system and its functionalities, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR processes.
* Stay updated on SAP HR best practices and trends to continuously improve support services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in HCM functional support, specifically with SAP HR.
* Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR workflows, and workforce planning.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to critical incidents effectively.
* Experience in configuring SAP HR modules and managing wage types.
* Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Australian citizenship, enabling the ability to obtain baseline security clearance to work with clients.
Preferred Qualifications
* SAP HR certification or relevant professional certifications.
* Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
* Knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
