We are seeking an experienced Development or Property Analyst to join our rapidly growing Land Lease Communities business. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders nationally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a key pillar of Stockland's strategy and work across a diverse and exciting portfolio of communities under Capital Partnership.
The Opportunity - About the Role
This is an exciting Analytical role supporting the development team across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia with direct leadership support from the National General Manager in Stockland Land Lease Communities. A key pillar of Stockland's strategy is the rapid growth and success of our Land Lease Communities portfolio and our supporting Capital Partnerships. As part of this nationally significant development team, you'll contribute to a high-impact area of the business, working closely with Development, Finance, and Investment Management teams to support sustainable Capital Partnerships across a portfolio of assets.
This is a commercially focused and analytical role, ideal for a finance or accounting professional with property or development experience, coupled with a strong understanding of project feasibilities and the development cycle. The right balance of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills will be key. You'll play a critical role in supporting capital partnerships and driving performance across a diverse portfolio of communities.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Development team with detailed financial and feasibility models for development assets under capital partnerships
* Monthly review and validation of rebalanced feasibility cash flows at a project and portfolio level
* Collaborate with the development team to align financial aspects with project delivery objectives
* In line with the annual Capital Partner reporting calendar, support the Development teams with reporting, and work in collaboration between Development, Finance and Investment Management to ensure optimal reporting outcomes
* Conduct scenario testing and sensitivity analysis to inform commercial decisions throughout the development process
* Transaction support including coordination of property due diligence reports/data rooms for new partnerships, and support due diligence processes with capital structuring, scenario testing, and risk evaluation as required
* Attend and participate in relevant internal and external forums as needed
* Identify and manage ongoing refinement of analytical tools and reporting frameworks within the team
About You

You will be detail-oriented, enjoy problem solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment. In addition, you will have the following skills, education and experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance or Accounting
* Strong commercial and financial acuity
* 3+ years of property/development experience in financial modelling/feasibilities, working with large financial datasets and identifying trends and opportunities
* Proven track record in an analytical role with property or development experience
* Advanced financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis skills
* Strong problem-solving capabilities and a solutions-focused mindset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations
* Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
* Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables
* High attention to detail and accountability for outcomes
* Preferred skills in Anaplan, Excel, and Power BI
