Role Description
The Solution Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and alignment of delivered solutions with client expectations. This role bridges solution architecture and delivery execution, providing leadership across technical design, implementation, and outcome assurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Working with the project solution and technical lead to assure the end-to-end solution quality across delivery lifecycle, from design through to implementation and handover.
* Ensure solution outcomes are aligned to client expectations, architecture standards, and business objectives.
* Provide technical leadership and governance across delivery teams, including design assurance and best practice guidance.
* Act as the bridge between architecture and delivery, ensuring designs are practical, scalable, and correctly implemented.
* Identify and manage solution risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs during delivery.
* Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure schedule, scope, and quality are balanced effectively.
* Lead design reviews, solution validation, and acceptance checkpoints with internal and client stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, reusable assets, and solution patterns.
* Support client engagement by providing confidence in solution approach and delivery quality.
Required Skills And Experience
* Minimum 15 years of IT experience, including:
* 5+ years in Solution Architecture.
* 5+ years in Project / Delivery Leadership.
* Strong experience in integration and enterprise solution design (e.g. Workato, webMethods, Boomi, Azure, AWS).
* Delivery lead with proven experience delivering complex, multi-system integration solutions.
* Experience in managing delivery within regulated or enterprise environments.
* Strong technical and business stakeholder engagement and client-facing experience.
* Strong ability to translate architecture into executable delivery outcomes.
* Demonstrated experience ensuring delivered solutions meet design intent and business needs.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and delivery managers.
* Ability to challenge and validate solution approaches to ensure fitness-for-purpose.
* Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
* Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous environments with multiple dependencies.
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes, not just design.
