Responsibilities include:
* Recording observations of individual children or groups
* Using strategies to encourage children to participate in activities
* Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for the children attending the Centre
* Creating positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Requirements:
* No previous qualifications in Early Childhood required
* Interest in working with young children and working towards qualifications in Children's Service at Certificate III level
* A Working with children's check card or willingness to obtain one
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good relationship building skills
* Enthusiasm to learn and broaden knowledge
* Time management in meeting requirements of child contact time and training plan schedule
