* Deliver exclusive stories and pitch original ideas.

* Take on production roles when required, including 7PM Supervising Producer, and manage logistics for major stories.
* Respond quickly to breaking news delivering TV live crosses and assisting with rolling coverage as required.
* Source material, conduct interviews and produce compelling content.
* Create stories reflecting Australia's diversity.
* Engage with communities to tell relevant stories.
* Build relationships with under-served audiences in Victoria.
About You
* You're a seasoned reporter with excellent research skills and demonstrated editorial judgement; accomplished in newsgathering and story production. You will also have:
* Experience as a cross-platform reporter, handling breaking news and delivering original stories under deadlines.
* Skilled in producing and outputting live TV bulletins.
* Strong multimedia presentation and live coverage skills.
* Proven track record in breaking stories and exclusives.
* Collaborative team player with leadership skills.
* Advanced use of social media for research and audience engagement.
* Prepared to chase hard for a story, for key talent and for a new angle.
