You’ll work on initiatives that directly impact customer experience and support major transformation programs across the organisation. What you’ll be doing day to day •Mapping and documenting business processes to support improvement initiatives •Participating in workshops to uncover business needs and customer insights •Supporting the translation of business requirements into clear project deliverables •Assisting with research and analysis to inform priorities and decision‑making •Working with stakeholders to understand issues and recommend system/process enhancements •Collaborating with team members to deliver high‑quality outcomes across multiple projects What you’ll bring We’re looking for someone who’s keen to learn, happy to collaborate, and comfortable asking the right questions.
