One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Associate Service Desk Analyst in Canberra.
Responsibilities
* Experience in: M365 Apps, application packaging, PowerShell scripting and Level 3 troubleshooting skills.
* Build and deploy Windows devices using Intune and Standard Operating Setting (SOE) configurations.
* Develop and maintain the organisation's SOE across laptops and desktops.
* Provision and support devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
* Provide advanced support for Intune-managed devices, including specialist PCs used for video/audio processing.
* Support BitLocker encryption, AppLocker/WDAC policies, and endpoint protection strategies.
