**The Opportunity**:
Our client is a reputable property group who own, manage and develop their own assets. They are currently seeking an Office Administrator/Administration Manager to join their team, working across a shopping centre in Melbourne's South East. You will be based at one shopping centre and work across three of their high-performing and high-profile shopping centres.

**With the opportunity to showcase your people skills combined with your Administrative flair, your main duties will include**:

- Reception and office administration - answering phones, dealing with centre visitors, managing diaries and travel, distributing mail and filing.
- Providing administrative support to Centre Management staff.
- Log all tenant maintenance issues
- Issue tenant Memos as directed.
- Database Management and Filing
- Raise Purchase Orders.
- Process vendor invoices through to head office for payment. This includes ensuring the invoices are addressed correctly, contain the correct Purchase Order number and are approved by the relevant Centre Management staff under the delegated authority.
- Monthly Sales Input - This includes direct tenant communications to ensure monthly collection deadlines are achieved.
- Assist with collection of rental from tenants, including resolving any disputes.
- Ad hoc duties as required
