- Experience in a similar medical secretary role working with specialists
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with software: MS Office required, Clinic to Cloud desirable
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- High levels of commitment and attention to detail
**Responsibilities of this role include**:
- Booking patient appointments and providing appropriate financial consent
- Invoicing to private health funds, workcover etc
- Producing fee estimates
- Organising theatre lists
- Reception duties

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
