Administration Officer/Appointment Setter
Essential Solar installs solar PV systems across Victoria, helping to secure the financial future of our customers and the environmental future of our community. We are dedicated to performance, quality, and reliability, working with market-leading brands to focus on providing the best long-term outcomes for our clients.
We're currently looking for an energetic, positive, and organized person to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential to transition to full-time. Based in our Tullamarine office, you will join our experienced, professional, and friendly customer service team.
About the Role
* Triage inbound calls for our sales and support teams
* Data entry in CRM system
* Processing of sales and installation paperwork as required
* Booking installs and service appointments with customers
* Providing excellent customer service on every call
* Great verbal communication skills, experienced in dealing with customers over the phone
* Enthusiastic, proactive, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Resilient and calm under pressure
* Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
* The ability to work within a team and autonomously
* Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
* Experience with CRM software is not essential but will be highly regarded
* Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred but not essential
