Kalamazoo Resources Limited is entering a defining phase as it advances its 100%-owned 1.44Moz Ashburton Gold Project toward development as a significant new Australian gold operation. Following the completion of a Scoping Study in November 2025, the Company is seeking an Office Manager / Senior Administrative Assistant to join the team in Melbourne.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will support the executive and site-based teams and ensure smooth day‐to‐day running of the corporate office and site administrative functions. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Executive Chairman, Directors and broader leadership team, the role requires a proactive, highly organised professional who can manage competing priorities and support operational and corporate governance processes in an ASX‐listed environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day‐to‐day operations of the corporate office, ensuring an efficient, professional, and well‐organised working environment.
* Coordinate and assist in the various site administrative requirements, including travel.
* Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with the preparation, formatting and distribution of reports, presentations and corporate documents.
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems and document control processes.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
* Manage office suppliers, service providers and general procurement of office resources.
* Assist with onboarding of new employees, including coordination of documentation, systems access and inductions.
* Support investor relations and corporate communications activities when required.
* Monitor and improve office systems, processes and administrative workflows to enhance efficiency.
* Provide general administrative support to the broader team as required.

Qualifications and Experience

* Demonstrated experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administrative Assistant role.
* Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or ASX‐listed environment (preferred).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with the MYOB accounting system.
* Experience with document management systems and corporate record‐keeping.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of discretion and ability to oversee confidential information.
