Job Overview
This is a client-facing role that requires strong PA/EA skills, good people skills, and the ability to make things happen. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, systematic, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Assist the Director in servicing our HR clients and working in their offices at least once a quarter.
* Manage client meetings in the future by yourself, requiring good working relationships with senior people and understanding their lack of time and needs.
