* Employment Type: Ongoing, Part Time (32 hours/fortnight)
* Salary: Admin Grade 2 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
About the role:
The Workforce Administration Support role provides efficient and accurate administrative support across workforce compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and daily workforce operations. The position contributes to operational efficiency by supporting managers and staff with workforce‐related processes, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining broad exposure to workforce functions within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐quality administrative support to the workforce team within Health Support Services
* Assist in the administration and coordination of all workforce programs, initiatives, and training activities
* Assist the HSS workforce team with general training and staff engagement strategies.

* Demonstrated high level competence in the use of information technology
* Excellent MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access)
* Demonstrated ability to multi‐task and prioritise duties
