Reporting to the Head of Performing Arts, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations while delivering exceptional service to students, staff, and families.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Kew campus.
As the Performing Arts Administration Manager, you'll be the backbone of the Performing Arts department, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The Person: To be successful in this position, you will have: Previous experience in a similar administrative role A keen and genuine interest in the Arts and education Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills Expertise with the Microsoft Suite, in particular, Word, Excel and One-drive Knowledge and experience with budget management Previous experience with Compass would be high advantageous Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced environment High level of organisational and time management skills Flexibility to handle and prioritise multiple tasks according to the needs of the department A valid Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement of employment for this position.
