Dynamic Fire Systems is a 100% Australian owned and operated independent provider for Fire Protection and Essential Services in Melbourne. We are highly trusted to deliver fully compliant fire system installations, repairs and ongoing inspection and testing services for commercial projects and sites.
Key Duties will include:
? Liaising with Clients, Technicians and Subcontractors to provide a high level of service and support to all stakeholders
? General administration duties such as answering phones and ordering office supplies.
? Monitoring and attending to daily emails via Microsoft Outlook
? Working with our Service Co-ordinators
Assisting with scheduling labour for Technicians and Subcontractors
Updating and managing multiple Company and Client portals
To be successful in this role you will need:
? Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills
? Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
? Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package
? Experience within the Fire Systems/Trade industry is an advantage but not essential
? Uptick and Xero experience is an advantage but not essential
? Australian work rights essential
