DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Executive Assistant in AUS - Melbourne Airport, Watson Drive
You are a proficient and self-motivated Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders in complex organisations. Highly organised and adaptable, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The role:
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and develop a good relationship with the team
* Oversee an ever-evolving calendar and inbox, navigating shifting priorities and ensuring mission-critical items were front and centre
* Seamlessly coordinate travel and build detailed itineraries
* Anticipate needs, always thinking several steps ahead and solving problems before they arise
* Handle expense Claims of Director and other personnel within reporting group
About you:
* A seasoned EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment
* Your exceptional organisational skills help keep you focused in a fast-paced environment
* You are detail-oriented, take pride in your work and know the importance of high standards
* You have exceptional communication skills and build trust quickly
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Have the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
