Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and mentor a team of up to 15 people working across all facets of debt recovery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading, mentoring staff to achieve great outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent service and achieve business objectives consistent with corporate values.
* Manage the enforcement and collection of outstanding revenue effectively.
* Build positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Initiate and drive innovation and process improvement, including identifying and monitoring new trends.
* Advise on improvements and policy options.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing, leading and mentoring staff.
* Able to inspire and engage staff to achieve business objectives.
* Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring performance, promoting a positive team culture, utilising change management skills.
