We are a fast-growing business and this is an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team, reporting onto the CEO.
About the role
This role will focus on providing assistance to the CEO and key executives in the company. This includes:
Multi-tasking, time management, prioritising tasks and managing executives' expectations along with their own
General administrative work inclusive of scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining databases and producing reports or presentations for the leadership team
Working with the Commercial team to facilitate proposal development in conjunction with the wider team
Ensuring the smooth-running of the office
Working both on a one-to-one basis with the executives, but also on a wider basis with internal and external clients
Management of Board and ELT reports and minutes
Expense reconciliations, track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
About You
Ideally you will have experience in an executive assistant or pa role within an SME environment. You are a multitasker, extremely organised, able to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
You are a self-starter, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are a team player enjoying the engagement that working in a team brings. You are proactive, solutions focussed and a natural problem solver with high attention to detail, able to engage with internal team members and external clients as appropriate.
Your expertise in the MS office suit is essential, as well as your ability to work with a high level of professional discretion.
