Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
As our Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our office and warehouse operations run smoothly in Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming Guests: Be the friendly face of APD Global, managing front-of-house interactions with professionalism and warmth.
* Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to our team across Melbourne and those travelling, ensuring everything flows seamlessly.
* Reception Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls with impeccable phone etiquette, maintaining a positive and professional environment.
* Meeting Coordination: Maintain multiple meeting rooms ready for use and assist in organising events and catering.
* Project Administration: Support basic project tasks, including reporting and system updates, while managing multiple inboxes and calendars.
* Onboarding New Employees: Assist in welcoming new team members and ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running.
* Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for operational staff and management.
* Health and Safety Duties: Support general health and safety initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should be an experienced, self-motivated, and proactive individual with:
* A minimum of 4 years of administration and customer service experience.
* A valid driver's license.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.
* A current police clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
