About the Role
This Executive Assistant role at the Y Victoria plays a critical role in supporting and representation of our CEO. The EA plays an integral role in ensuring the CEO's effectiveness, through diary management, efficient administration and excellent stakeholder engagement. In this role you will also provide support for the wider Executive team indirectly, ensuring well-coordinated delivery of executive and governance functions. Key responsibilities include:
This role has primary responsibility for supporting and enabling the CEO's work supporting the Y's brand, business development and advocacy work. This includes writing speeches, developing presentations, assembling talking points prior to media interviews, and actively driving the activities needed to ensure successful meetings with CEO's, government departments, potential commercial partners, and other significant 'C-level' external stakeholders.
The Remuneration for this role is from $120 to 130k plus super.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be approachable, warm and extremely organised. This role does require flexibility and adaptability to complement our CEO's busy work schedule. With previous experience in a PA/EA role to an executive you will also have experience working with Board members and senior stakeholders. Other requirements include:
* Strong experience drafting speeches, presentations and media talking points (ideally with experience in public relations, corporate affairs, corporate communications).
* Resilience: able to manage changing priorities, remaining calm and positive.
* Discrete: have the judgement to know what information is appropriate in different forums.
