**About this role**:
This role will be highly varied, fast-paced, and interesting with a lot of client interaction. You will be responsible for taking care of every aspect of business life, including travel, meeting preparation, and diary management, and be on hand to support the wider team when required. This role is ideal for an experienced PA or someone looking to develop their career down this path.Key Responsibilities
- Providing full administrative support to the Director, including personal admin support.
- Extensive management of the Directors' diary
- Booking and management of all travel itineraries including flights, taxis, accommodation, conferences and restaurants, both work and private.
- Organizing networking and business development events hosted by the Director.
- Supporting Director in responding to new business enquiries
- Typing up minutes.
- Booking and managing meeting rooms: meeting preparation, assisting in the preparation of materials and collateral for Directors client meetings
- Assisting Director with purchase and delivery of thank you gifts, Christmas gifts, and thank you responses
- Lead the organising of office events and general support for event planning activities
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience as a PA with extensive diary management responsibilities
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and good Excel skills would be an advantage
- Interest in the design/architecture industry would be an advantage
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task
