About the Role
We are seeking a highly-motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our dynamic Community Services Team.
You will be an integral part of the well-established Home Care Team, ensuring Home Care consumers receive optimal service delivery and care in the community.
The position is 9am–5pm, four days per week and is based at our Moorabool Street Melbourne office with a work-from-home option available.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service excellence.
Liaise with clients, families, care staff and external providers.
Handle general administrative duties (e.g. invoicing, mailouts).
Promote Royal Freemasons as a provider of choice.
Roster staff to meet consumer needs and preferences.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Outstanding problem-solving ability with a 'can-do' attitude.
Highly developed computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Desirable but Not Essential
Experience using client management/rostering systems such as Health Metrics, e-Case, PHC.
Community Aged Care knowledge.
Certificate in Community Aged Care (or equivalent).
What We Offer

Salary packaging (up to $15,900 per annum) and the ability to salary package meals, entertainment and facility hire expenses including holiday accommodation (up to $2,650 per annum).
Free on-site parking.
$65,000 per annum (pro rata, four days per week).
