Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a skilled administrator to provide crucial support to our servicing team. As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries and quoting for standard servicing.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing payroll administration, including balancing hours and time and attendance.
* Processing work orders from creation to closing.
* Organising contractors and preparing quality documentation for the workshop floor.
* Managing invoices, purchasing non-stock items, and processing purchase orders.
* Performing general reception and visitor management duties.
