Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer

This is a permanent, full-time role, offering a hybrid working model, based in stunning offices in Melbourne's Inner South-East.
In this pivotal role, you'll provide exceptional executive support that enables the CPO to focus on driving strategic and leadership priorities across the People & Culture function. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities with ease and professionalism, and always one step ahead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Chief People Officer
Prepare and polish reports, presentations, and correspondence to the highest standard
Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing confidential information with absolute discretion
Coordinate and track key projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved
Support strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency and impact of the People & Culture team
