Entry-level admin role handling reception and office support.
Seeking a motivated self-starter with strong organisation and data entry skills.
The Role In this hands-on administration role, you'll be responsible for managing our Alexandria reception and front counter, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
You'll also support our general office functions and provide administration assistance across the business.
This is an ongoing, full-time position with office hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
What will your day involve?
Greet visitors and manage reception promptly and professionally Answer, screen and transfer calls with minimal wait times Keep reception, kitchen and meeting rooms tidy and presentable Process all front counter documentation accurately and within required timeframes Maintain office supplies, stationery and assist with invoices Organise catering for various meetings and events Process and certify a high volume of documents each day for the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI) - attention to detail is key and training will be provided Participate in training and special admin projects What are we looking for?
Self-motivated and organised individuals, who can multitask in a busy environment with ease Strong communicator with a friendly, professional manner Confident users of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) High attention to detail, especially with documentation and registers Demonstrated experience in customer service or an office-based environment in any industry What makes this role exciting?
