**Your New Role**

As a **Administration Manager, **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together **social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?
- Managing the Administration Team
- Roster Management
- Providing a range of administrative and reception functions
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

**About You**

Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

Does this sound like you?
- Previous administrative management / office management experience
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- Previous reception experience in a fast paced environment desirable.
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services beneficial
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- A driver's licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
