About the Client
Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality leather goods, operating from their Laverton, which also serves as the shipping point for export. They are committed to quality products, exceptional service, and maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an Office Administrator to support the Accounts and Procurement Managers with data entry, document processing, and export records, while also assisting the production team with HR, OHS, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Accounts and Procurement teams, including data entry and document processing
* Maintain accurate records, registers, and summary reports, including export and traceability documentation
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and mail
* Manage payroll and related matters
* Collate delivery and goods-received dockets accurately
* Oversee filing, petty cash, PPE, and consumable stock levels
* Provide support to production, quality, and health & safety processes
* Maintain OSH administration, conduct toolbox meetings, and perform site inspections under WHS Manager direction
* Coordinate return-to-work processes and transport injured workers when required
* Direct incoming personnel and conduct inductions
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Skills and Experience Required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong data entry and administration abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* High attention to detail with effective time management skills
* Professional presentation and a positive "can-do" attitude
* Relevant administration experience (Cert III in Business Administration desirable)
* Experience in OSH and Return to Work administration highly regarded
* Current driver's licence essential
* Experience in export documentation and traceability processes advantageous
