About the Role:
* Support the Manager with the smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
* Oversee daily office operations and workflows.
* Maintain office systems and manage administrative processes.
* Ensure operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and support staff across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
2. Schedule meetings and appointments.
3. Coordinate travel, room bookings, and department collaboration.
4. Provide support to employees, clients, and assist with HR-related tasks.
5. Manage office supplies, maintenance requests, and repairs.
6. Ensure the office environment remains clean, safe, and organised.
7. Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
8. Prepare administrative reports as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 5+ years of administrative or similar experience.
* Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheets, and administrative tools.
