This position is responsible for managing key HR functions, including offboarding, employee movements, benefits administration, HRIS management, and other day-to-day HR activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOffboarding - Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and exit interviews, and present actionable insights to the Director, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the employee experienceLeave management - Oversee leave management by ensuring accurate tracking, compliance with policies, resolving employee queries, and optimising processes for efficient workforce planningCompliance & Policies – Oversee and ensure adherence to company policies while monitoring HR practices for compliance with relevant regulationsBenefits Administration – Assist in reviewing and enhancing C&B policy & procedures to ensure continuous improvement and relevancePerform additional responsibilities and assignments to support the ongoing evolution of HR operationsEducation and professional skills/ knowledgeExperience & Education:Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fieldsWith at least three(3) years of experience in Human ResourcesBackground as a HR Generalist is a valuable advantageDemonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentOther skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levelsExceptional organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring efficiency in managing multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail with strong follow-up skills to ensure accuracy and completionSelf-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a commitment to continuous learning and a hands-on approachProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrityThank you for your application.
