Business Debt Recovery Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of post-admission experience in disputes and/or insolvency, with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will work on business debt recovery, restructuring and insolvency, and commercial litigation cases, advising major corporate clients, banks, and other lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing advice on business debt recovery and enforcement of security
* Assisting with restructuring and insolvency matters
* Working on commercial litigation and dispute resolution cases
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Postgraduate qualification in law
* Proven track record of providing expert legal advice
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
