Job Description:
* Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner
* Schedule and manage jobs using ServiceM8
* Assist with marketing tasks, including social media updates, customer communications, and promotions
* Follow up on overdue invoices and handle debt collection
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers
* General office administration and support for the plumbing and roofing team
* Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reports, documents, and correspondence
Key Responsibilities:
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills via phone and email
* Previous experience with ServiceM8
* Basic marketing or social media experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
