We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director on a 12-month parental leave cover. This hands‐on role will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide confidential executive and personal support to the Managing Director
* Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and schedules
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
* Act as a trusted liaison with the Executive Leadership Team, Board Members, employees, and external partners
* Support written and verbal communications on behalf of the Managing Director
* Organise meetings, events, and key business activities
* Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and office staff to oversee operational tasks
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience supporting C‐suite or Executive‐level leaders
* Exceptional organisational, planning, and time‐management skills
* Ability to handle urgent and sensitive requests with discretion
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and detail‐focused
* Strong IT skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
