Wesley is one of the largest schools in Melbourne, with more than 3,400 students aged between three and 18 years across three metropolitan campuses.
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to the Head of Junior School to support our Head of Junior School in a job share arrangement.
* Part-time (0.5 FTE) - equivalent to five days per fortnight
* Temporary position from Term 2, **** (13 April **** or earlier by negotiation) to the end of ****, with the possibility of ongoing work
* This role forms part of a job share arrangement
* Working days will be consecutive across the fortnight (e.g. start–mid week or mid-late week)
* Exact days are flexible and will be discussed with the successful candidate to best meet operational needs
This part-time role will give you endless scope to apply your extensive skill base and really get involved in supporting the running of our school.
Your organisational skills, high level of computer proficiency, initiative and ability to interact with a wide cross section of the Wesley community will be rewarded.
You will be at ease working in a busy, changing environment.
Experience working within a school environment preferred but not essential.
This role does require working during school holiday periods.
You must hold or be prepared to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Records Check to be considered for this position.
