Green Gold Energy (GGE) is a fast‑growing renewable energy company delivering end‑to‑end solutions across solar project development, EPC delivery, O&M operations, and energy retail. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chairman to support cross‑border business coordination, executive scheduling, and key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Chairman's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and key follow‑ups (domestic & international)
* Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action registers; ensure timely follow‑up
* Support cross‑border business communication and international travel coordination
* Assist with priority projects, including research, reporting, progress tracking and external communications
* Coordinate visits, itineraries, partner meetings and related event support
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
* Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Office Manager preferred
* Fluent English and Mandarin with strong bilingual communication skills
* Comfortable with international travel and working across time zones
* Strong communication, execution capability and attention to detail
* Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
