This role is really varied. You will be provide financial and administration support to all functions within the business, ensuring integrity of all financial records and information. At the same time, you will be looking after office support. From AP/AR, credit card reconciliation, maintenance of the fixed asset register and business leases to general ledge reconciliation and timesheet processing?you will be across it all. Providing great customer service, both internal and external, you will also have a range of general office administration duties. You will be the ?go to? person for all things administration
With accounting/bookkeeping qualifications, you are experienced in general office administration, including front of office, and have strong attention to detail and customer service ethic. Computer literacy across Microsoft Office and experience with an ERP system will be required, as is a current driver?s license
