**THE ROLE**
As the Administration Manager you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to a team of Melbourne based sales reps. This will include processing orders, customer service, quotes and invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, coordination with the United Kingdom, commission and quarterly reporting and product demos. There is also some need for coordinating and facilitating product repairs in this role.
**THE ESSENTIALS**
- Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated experience in customer facing roles
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A complete working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and a good understanding of working on PC
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- WWCC
- Current Police Check
- Drivers license and reliable transport - this role will be site based
