Who we are:
Mountain District 4x4 is a growing business specializing in new vehicle builds. Most of our work is conducted on new Toyota Landcruiser 79 Series. We offer a wide range of services including auto-electrical fit outs, suspension and GVM upgrades, power upgrades, interior upgrades, service and repair work plus more. **This role would suit either an experienced office administrator, a parts interpreter or a mechanic looking to get off the tools.**
- Previous office administration experience or industry experience
- Computer competent and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Xero and/or Service M8 an advantage, but not essential
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, self-motivated, reliable, and professional
This role includes:
- Ordering parts and accessories as required
- Entering quotes, invoices and uploading supplier bills
- Maintaining workshop schedule including booking in jobs and liaising with customers
- Project management of larger vehicle builds
- General office duties such as ordering stationary and providing administrative support to workshop staff
- Compiling and uploading SSM (Second Stage Manufacturing) Paperwork

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
