Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients, ensuring a high level of service and building strong relationships.
* Process mail, filing, scanning, database maintenance, and phone calls efficiently and effectively.
* Provide administrative support with ATO correspondence, client document collations, and managing the physical filing function.
Requirements
* Strong time management and organisational abilities.
