Overview
We are a Chartered Accountants firm located in Richmond Victoria specializing in providing quality tax, business management accounting, bookkeeping and advisory services to our range of small to Medium enterprises and high net worth group structures.
Due to our continued business growth and success, an exciting prospect now exists in our firm for an office assistant.
Responsibilities
* Handling incoming calls and other communications.
* Managing filing system.
* Recording information as needed.
* Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
* Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
* Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
* Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
* Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
About you
* You could be a graduate with limited admin experience or you could have 1 + years office admin experience in a busy office workplace.
* Ability to navigate through MS Office.
* Enjoy working in a busy environment with wide-ranging tasks, and enjoy solving problems when required.
* Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Pay
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
