Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Melbourne Area for a Personal Assistant at Vantage Point Realty. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for supporting executives with their daily schedules, managing diaries, coordinating appointments, and handling confidential administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing documents, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach in managing day-to-day clerical and operational tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
* Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level executives or managers
* Proficiency in Diary Management and appointment scheduling
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
* Solid Clerical Skills, including organization, documentation, and handling administrative tasks
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to prioritize workload effectively
* Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or similar)
* Previous experience in real estate or related field is a plus
