Location: 40 Heaths Court, Mill Park
Employment Type: Casual (2–3.5 days per week) or a potential full time opportunity for the right candidate
Pay Rate: In accordance with the Fitness Industry Award (~$30-$32/hr – to be confirmed)
Reports To: Administration Lead / Club Management
Start date: Immediate, with trial period late 2025 and casual employment into 2026 (Three week summer holiday shutdown)

Established in 1979, PIT Gymnastics has long been a recognised leader in recreational and competitive gymnastics in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Thousands of children and families have participated in our programs, from structured gymnastics classes to school groups, birthday parties and free‑play sessions.

Position Summary
Support the daily operations of the centre through administrative duties, customer service, and communication with families, staff, and coaches. This role is essential to ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining a welcoming environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
* Manage and maintain enrolments, class adjustments, invoicing, and reporting using iClassPro
* Assist with data entry, document preparation, and database updating
* Support administration leads with planning and coordination of club events, holiday programs and internal projects
Customer Service
* Respond to parent and customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Provide reception support during class times
* Communicate clearly and professionally with families regarding class timetables, invoicing & payments, policies, uniform sizing and general information
Marketing & Digital Tasks
* Support creation of social media content and announcements
* Assist with Canva designs, graphics, and other promotional materials
* Help maintain accurate and engaging online communications
Internal Support
* Work collaboratively with gymnastics coaches to support class operations
* Assist with administrative aspects of classes, attendance, and coach communication
Required Skills & Attributes
* Proficient IT skills, including: Excel, Word, Canva, ChatGPT, social media platforms and iClassPro
* Willingness to extend knowledge and learn new operating systems such as iClassPro
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with adults and children
* Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional when assisting families
* High attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks
* Ability to multitask and prioritise during busy or high‑traffic times
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to positive workplace culture
Requirements & Compliance
* Working With Children Check (WWCC) — mandatory
* First Aid certification required eventually (not essential upon commencement)
Work Conditions & Hours
* Approximately 2–3.5 days per week
* On‑site parking available
* Additional hours may be offered during peak seasons or club events
* Start date: Immediate, with trial period late 2025 and casual employment into 2026
