The Opportunity
As the welcoming face of our organisation, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This is an energetic and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting a wide range of administrative, rostering, recruitment, and compliance tasks that keep our community running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, families, and visitors
* Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
* Register and monitor visitors in line with safety and security procedures
* Maintain accurate and compliant staff files for employees, contractors, volunteers, and students
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes with the People & Development team
* Assist with rostering, data entry, filing, mail handling, and general administrative duties
About You
* Experience in reception, customer service, or administration (aged care or healthcare experience highly regarded)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional, organised, and detail‐focused
* Experience with rostering systems such as Humanforce
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Additional Requirements
* Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* COVID‐19 vaccination (3 doses)
* Annual Flu vaccination encouraged for all aged care workers
