Job Description The OpportunityAs the Executive Assistant to the General Counsel and Company Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting HCA's leadership team. This is not just another administrative role; it's a chance to be a key contributor to our mission. You'll ensure the smooth functioning of governance and legal operations, facilitate effective communication across the organisation, and directly contribute to our goal of creating a positive and inclusive workplace. This role is a 6 month contract.What you'll doYou will:Efficiently manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic travel for the General Counsel, Directors, and Company Secretary.Attend Board meetings, assist with the preparation of agendas and Board packs.Organise logistics for meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution.Maintain accurate records, including legal and governance documentation, statutory registers, and corporate filings.Foster excellent working relationships with Directors, committee members, and staff at all levels.You're not just an Executive Assistant-you're a trusted partner and problem solver with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
