Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end tasks and payroll processes.
This role involves maintaining accurate filing systems, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating cash flow forecasting activities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this position.
About the Role
* Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations and accounts payable/accounts receivable.
* Perform month end tasks, including processing payroll and preparing financial reports.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate cash flow forecasting activities, consulting with management and project teams as needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Xero accounting software.
* Relevant bookkeeping or finance qualification.
