Entry-Level Business Opportunity
The Victorian Public Service offers a 12-month traineeship program for young individuals aged 15 to 29. This opportunity allows participants to work in the public service while pursuing an accredited training course.
* Aged 15 to 29 years when you start the traineeship
* Unemployed or working less than 15 hours per week
* Not currently undertaking tertiary education
* Without a post-school qualification (excluding Certificate I-IV courses)

Key Responsibilities
* Complete administrative tasks to support the team
* Prepare and send written communication to internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinate meetings, including note taking of minutes
* Strong attention to detail in preparing agendas for meetings
* Input data and information into databases
* Data entry and any other administrative tasks as required
* Complete Certificate III in Business Traineeship within 12 months
Requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literate
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Must be an Australian citizen/resident
* Applicant must be triple vaccinated to apply
* Successful applicants will need to undertake a police check and Working With Children (WWC) check
