Part Time / Full Time / Flexi Hours 
We have an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Typist / Word Processor / Office Administrator to join a boutique firm in St Kilda. 
In this role, you will enjoy a mix of administrative duties. 
Some of your key duties will include, but are not limited to: 
- typing, editing and proof-reading documents; 
- workflow management including data entry; 
- general office duties 
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience with: 
- Proficient MS Office skills - with a primary focus in Microsoft Word; 
- Previous office experience highly preferred; 
- Audiotyping/transcriber experience would also be highly advantageous; 
- a keen eye for detail; 
- a positive, professional and cooperative attitude. 
Full time or Part time with flexible work hours available
