Celik Group is a Melbourne-based air conditioning and mechanical services company working across residential and commercial projects. We're expanding and looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Administration Officer to support our team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for day-to-day administration across our service and installation departments, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer support. Tasks include:
* Scheduling jobs and coordinating technician diaries
* Handling customer enquiries and service bookings
* Preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation
* Managing files, compliance documents, and project records
* Liaising with suppliers, builders, and internal teams
* Assisting with timesheets, basic accounts tasks, and general office duties

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in administration (HVAC, trades, or construction preferred but not essential)
* Confident with invoicing, quoting, and job management software
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A great communicator — both internally and with customers
* Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
