Campus Office Administration Officer / First Aid Officer

Salary will be in accordance with the CEMEA2022.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Campus Office Administration Officer / First Aid Officer to join Penola Catholic College in a fantastic environment.

As the Campus Office Administration Officer / First Aid Officer, you will handle day-to-day administration duties involving interactions with students, parents, and teachers. Flexibility is required, as some attendance at events outside normal working hours may be necessary. You will also be responsible for all first aid requirements on campus for staff and students.

This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:06 pm, with seven weeks of annual leave to be taken during school holidays.

About You

You should possess a First Aid Level 2 qualification (or be willing to obtain it), have excellent communication and customer service skills, and enjoy multitasking and prioritising. Being highly organised, motivated, team-oriented, and proactive is essential. Experience in a school environment is desirable but not mandatory. A valid Working With Children Check is required.

You must demonstrate a commitment to Catholic education and the safety and wellbeing of children.

About Penola Catholic College

Penola Catholic College is a co-educational institution for students from Years 7-12, with campuses in Glenroy (Years 7-8) and Broadmeadows (Years 9-12), enrolling approximately 1,400 students. We focus on real-life learning experiences to prepare students for the 'business of living.'
