As a Recovery & Settlements Consultant, you'll manage a portfolio of claims across our trusted consumer brands. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate estimating, negotiating liability, and maximising recovery and settlement outcomes - all while supporting our customers through moments that matter.

What you'll do
* Manage recovery and settlement workflows in a timely and efficient manner
* Identify and pursue recovery opportunities
* Negotiate win/win outcomes on settlement claims
* Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
* Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
* Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement
