About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Personal Concierge & Admin Professional to join our team. This unique role combines client-facing concierge work with office-based administrative duties, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal Concierge Duties:
o Assist clients with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, running errands, appointment bookings, and travel arrangements
o Coordinate home services, tradespeople, and deliveries
o Provide light household organization or oversight as needed
o Offer companionship and lifestyle support, particularly for senior clients
o Support clients with transport to appointments or outings (where applicable)
* Administrative Duties:
o Assist with rostering and service coordination via our systems and apps
o Handle client inquiries professionally, both over the phone and in person
o Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Requirements:
* A proactive, flexible, and reliable self-starter
* Proven admin experience (essential)
* Exceptional communication and organization skills
* Full Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle (must-have)
* Personal care qualifications (e.g. Aged Care or Individual Support Cert III) and experience are highly regarded
* Current Police Check or NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Covid-19 vaccination as required for client visits
* First Aid and CPR (desirable)
